Designing Information
As the complexity of information on the web increases, online experiences tend to be overwhelming, frustrating, and uninteresting as users struggle to understand the content. Well-designed information visualization simplifies the discernment process through visual representations of the data using design elements like size, color, translucency, and interactivity.
Additionally, it amplifies cognition and encourages users to discover new insights by playing and interacting with the data. In this session, we will explore the power of rich data analysis using information visualization and examine practical ways to deconstruct information and visually reconstruct it to tell the story in a more effective, efficient, and delightful manner.
